Author(s) can read the waiver policy if eligible: Waiver Policy
The journal management may consider an APC waiver (Partial / Full) for extraordinary cases. Researcher scholar(s) with good research record who are facing financial obligations may apply for APC waiver with proper documentation. Research scholar(s) from under-developed countries may also apply for the waiver. However, the final decision for the waiver is subjected to verification and consideration by the journal management.
