Vol. 1 (2022) No. 2 : Summer Issue (April - June)
The key objective of this paper is to assess the application of qualitative and quantitative research techniques in the arena of
accounting. While the implications of qualitative research are affected by the researcher's theoretical interests, the conclusion of quantitative research is largely based on actual data. In this study, the numerous qualitative and quantitative research methods in the many domains of accounting research are evaluated. Case studies, ethnographies, grounded theories, action research, and narrative research are just a few of the techniques that can be used in qualitative research to help build theories. Conversely, experimental and survey research is used in quantitative research to test theories developed by qualitative research. This study found that mixed method research, which blends qualitative and quantitative methods, has gained enormous appeal in the field of accounting research in recent years.
This research is based on the lack of application of learning methods that are able to arouse student interest in learning which causes
a lack of student activity in learning activities. During the teaching and learning activities, students did not have the courage to express their ideas and ideas. Therefore, this study aims to describe the improvement of rhyme writing skills using the integrated sort card method of surah Al-Qalam in class VIIB students of SMP Negeri 4 Polewali. The subjects in this study were all VIIB students for the 2019/2020 school year, totaling 31 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were tests, observations, and interviews which were then analyzed using quantitative and qualitative data types. The results showed that students who were taught using the sort card method obtained an average value in the first cycle, namely 65.68, after carrying out the learning process in cycle II and correcting the errors that occurred in the first cycle, the students' average score increased, namely -average 87.23. As for the integration of the value of surah Al-Qalam verses 1-4 in relation to the sort card method with students, it can have an influence on the aspects
of students' attitudes towards writing skills and add insight in terms of religious values that the benefits of writing are many, one of which is the endless reward with creating written works. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant increase using the sort card method on the ability to write rhymes of class VIIB students of SMP Negeri 4 Polewali.

The information and communication technology (ICT) nowadays has surrounded the students and the lecturers in their daily activities, so the use of digital learning in a classroom becomes essential. This study focuses on writing because for most students it is difficult skill in English. They need to be given some facilities that can raise their interest as well as their confidence to publish their writing. The aim of this study was to describe how the lecturer implements edmodo as a digital language learning platform for social science education major students, how their writing assignment using Edmodo and how their respons after using Edmodo. This study used descriptive qualitative. This study would explore some of the features using field note, students’ assignments and interview employed as the the instruments. The data analysis techniques by using data triangulation. The resuts showed that the students actively participate in writing their tasks through Edmodo. They can share their ideas freely and the lecturer can monitor them easily by giving feedback directly toward their writing components; format, punctuation and mechanics, content, organization, grammar and sentence structure. The feedback can be given at anytime from anywhere without banded into a classroom meeting. It does not only help students in improving their motivation in writing but it also builds students’ confidence because they do not feel depressed while writing in front of their lecturer in a limited time and frustrating classroom situation.
This study examined the implication of the scourge of awful governance in Nigeria, and discusses the threats of proliferation of small arms and light weapons vis-a-vis less efficient governance by drawing a synergy between both variables, and unveiling the menace of proliferation of SALW as a devastating implication of unproductive governance in Nigeria. This paper adopted interviews as a tool for data collection and also retrieved valuable information’s from readymade works of scholars. This paper investigated the causes of proliferation of small SALW in Nigeria, and discussed the constitutional failure of Nigerian government as the propellant of arms proliferation in Nigeria.. The study also examined the impacts of proliferation of SALW in Nigeria and finally articulate recommendation’s that will serve as a panacea to the menace of proliferation of SALW, and also serves as the solution to the effect of unproductive governance in Nigeria.
Student management can be interpreted as a management of all kinds related to students in schools starting from students registering, being accepted into school (acceptance of new students) until the students graduate from the school. With student management, students will be more focused and organized. Based on this, there are three main problems in the research, namely: First, how is the student data management system at MAN 1 Pamekasan. Second, what are the inhibiting and supporting factors of the information technology system at MAN 1 Pamekasan. Third, what are the solutions to overcome obstacles in managing student data. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Sources of data obtained through interviews with the type of semi-structured, non-participant observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data is carried out through extended observations and persistence of observations, and triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that: First, information technology-based student data management at MAN 1 Pamekasan includes several things, namely taking care of permits, preparing facilities and infrastructure. Second, one of the ways to launch the system is by having a strong internet and giving directions to students. Third, one of the ways to expedite the system is to strengthen the internet and wifi and provide circulars to students so that there are no problems in managing student data.
The versatile crop fenugreek, sometimes called methi, is cultivated in northern India during winter. In terms of fenugreek productivity in India, Rajasthan is at the top. An annual plant is a member of the Fabaceae family and the subfamily Papilliaceae. The crop is classified as leguminous, and its nitrogen-rich roots penetrate deep into the soil. Fertilizers have a broad range of applications for enhancing growth and development. Fenugreek seeds and fixed-oil yields may be enhanced with the use of biofertilizers. Fenugreek also uses NPK 15- 15-15 fertilizer or NPK 19-19-19 water-soluble fertilizer as it blooms. Fenugreek seeds are contained in the yellow pods transformed from the white or purple blooms produced by this plant. Therefore, nitrogen, phosphorus, and bio-fertilizers are fertilizers that may enhance the growth and blooming of fenugreek plants. Bio-fertilizers, such as PSB and Rhizobium, were used in comparison to the control group, which received the required dosage of NPK from chemical fertilizers—with a maximum plant height of 35.94 cm, several 6.70 pods, 65.50 days to 50% blooming, 3.40 branches, 8.43 pod lengths, yield of 15.49 q/ha, and 146.10 days to maturity, the experimental results revealed that the control group had the lowest values. After using an unfertilized control, mycorrhizal fungi may improve many crop metrics by using bacterial fertilizers and vermicompost (Madhoor & Faisal, 2020). Regarding fenugreek, it may be more prudent, cost-effective, and efficient to use a combination of chemical and bio-fertilizers rather than only chemical fertilizers.

The rapid development and widespread adoption of digital technologies have increased the dependence of individuals, organizations, educational institutions, healthcare systems, financial institutions, and government agencies on computer systems and interconnected networks. This growing dependence has also increased exposure to computer viruses and other forms of malware. This study examines the major impacts of computer viruses and malware on modern computer systems and organizations. The study focuses on data integrity, loss of data availability, unauthorized access, confidential information theft, financial losses, degradation of system performance, business and organizational disruption, and privacy violations. Malware can modify or destroy important information, restrict access to critical resources, provide unauthorized remote access, steal sensitive information, and generate significant financial and operational consequences. The effects can extend beyond individual computers to organizational networks, digital supply chains, critical infrastructure, healthcare services, educational institutions, and government systems. The study also emphasizes the importance of preventive, detection, response, backup, access-control, monitoring, employee-awareness, and cybersecurity-risk-management mechanisms. Effective cybersecurity practices are essential for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information resources and for improving organizational resilience against evolving malware threats.
