Author(s) should not pay any fee during submission and assessment process. Publication fee is applicable only after the positive decision (acceptance) from the editorial office. Publication fee supports journal operation, production, maintenance and improvements of different aspects. Publication fee is not anyhow related to the editorial decision and assessment.
