Abstract

In high-density industrial zones with intricate layouts and large populations, fire emergencies present significant challenges. Efficient evacuation procedures are necessary to protect personnel and reduce risks. This paper details PrevenSure, a strategic framework optimizing emergency response through precise hazard evaluations and tailored route and procedure plans. This approach consolidates advanced risk assessment, resource management, and real-time responder collaboration, enhancing safety and minimizing evacuation durations. The framework is further validated by case studies from various industries where large-scale evacuations were executed with controlled risks to life and property. Safety managers, emergency planners, and policymakers engaged with the findings can refine fire safety measures in industrial settings.
