Abstract

This research portrays the results of an in-depth analysis of the unique challenges faced by women employed in the hotel industry. Contemporary working women, and especially those who are married, struggle with the added demands of balancing personal and work responsibilities. The analysis illustrates the need to appreciate and address these challenges in the interest of the overall well-being of women employees to foster a more supportive and considerate work environment. This study seeks to identify treatments and techniques that might help female hotel workers reduce stress and have a better work-life balance by analyzing current research and empirical data.
