Micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMBs) play an important role in India's economy. They help to create jobs, have lower startup costs than large companies, and support the growth of industries in economically disadvantaged areas. MSMBs also promise to reduce regional inequality and make the country's income and wealth more evenly distributed. Micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMBs) may prove to be an economic windfall for India in the years to come, according to studies.
